Hello,
My name is Manuela Corredor, I am 16 years old and I am in junior year at the Gimnasio La Montaña school. I live with my mother and my sister in Bogota (Colombia's capital). I enjoy making part of the politic's club, because it helps me have a vision of the reality the world is facing today and how we can make part of the solution. I don't agree with the phrase that says we are the "future generation", because I consider we can and we should start taking action to have a better present and a better future.
I like participating in UN models and in Congreso Joven; an event in which students take the role of our country's senators and propose the laws they consider Colombia should have.
I want to study law when I graduate from school, and my purpose is to work at the United Nations, or at any organization that allows be to make an impact at a global basis.
