Andrea Vela, Bogotá.
My name is Andrea Vela Bejarano. I am seventeen years old and I was born in Bogotá, Colombia. I am coursing senior year at Gimnasio La Montaña school. I speak Spanish and English. I participate in musical theater activities and I like politics. I have made part of the cast of 4 professional musicals, one with which I traveled to Lincoln Center in New York in 2012. I have been part of nine different shows overall. Also, I made part of the New York Choral Festival in the year 2010. I make part of the politics club, with which I have participated in the event Congreso Joven in the years 2014 and 2015. This event has a model in which young members of the academic context of the country make a simulation of the Colombian Senate. Actually, I am in the cast of two musicals and I will be President of the Fifth Commission of the Congreso Joven in 2016.
