Olivia Marker Pittock - The Hun School of Princeton

Oct 30, 2015 by OliviaMarkerPittock

My name is Olivia Marker Pittock. I am 16 years old as an eleventh grader at The Hun School of Princeton as a day student. I have lived in East Windsor, New Jersey. I row all three seasons for my school and I compete in horseback riding, in the saddleseat and driving discipline, year round outside of school. I have a 21 year old sister in college and a dog. He is 10 years old as a chihuahua/toy poodle mix (he weighs about 8 pounds). I am nearly fluent in french.

I am very passionate about global issues as well as domestic issues. Oceanic sustainability is a movement that I am an avid follower of. Native American rights worldwide are very important to me. My favorite trip away from home was to the Southern Blackfeet Reservation in Browning, Montana (USA). I plan to visit many countries, especially those where the average citizen has a completely different lifestyle than mine. I want to develop an understanding of the world and its people through personal connections.
